Registration Forms for 2022-2023

Thank you for selecting Catholic Academy of Niagara Falls. We appreciate your commitment to your son/daughter’s education and look forward to a rewarding academic year. 

Please complete and return the following registration materials, along with your registration fee. It is vital that all forms be returned when registering. By doing so, we will be able to accurately forecast our enrollment numbers and better allocate financial resources for the upcoming school year. 

Registration Form 2024-25

Tuition Agreement K-8 2022 - 2023 with $100.00 Non-refundable Registration Fee (per student) 
       (until February 28, 2021 after 2/28 $200.00)

FACTS Roll Over Form will be sent home once registration paperwork is complete. If you are changing your account, please contact the office to receive the 2022-2023 application. For first time students, FACTS application is enclosed. See FACTS instructions.

BISON Scholarship Fund (Grades Kindergarten – Grade 8) (must be submitted online at www.bisonfund.com by Wednesday, February 28, 2022. A link to the BISON Fund is available from our website under the Admissions tab, Financial Aid. ) 

 Parish Form (if applicable) The Parish Confirmation form must be signed by your pastor (if you are a Parishioner of a Diocese of Buffalo Parish) before you can register. Without the form, tuition will be based on the  Non-Parishioner rate.
